Red Moss Agate, also known as the 'Mocha Stone', is a form of Chalcedony and part of the Agate family. Its red colour comes from the presence of iron, and it's mostly found in the US, India, Russia and Australia. It's said to help remove negative energy, encouraging positive energy to take its place. 18th Century farmers used Red Moss Agate as a token of positive luck. During harvest, they would hang this stone from trees in hopes for a healthy crop. Promotes self-confidence and courage, and helps relieve stress and anxiety.
