Q. Where do you ship to?

A. Right now, Little Shop of Crystals is only shipping Australia-wide. Although, we are looking at broadening internationally in the near future.

 

Q. How much is shipping?

A. We have a flat shipping rate of $12.00 Australia-wide for orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more receive FREE shipping (up to 5kg). 

 

Q. How do you ship your items?

A. We use Australia Post for most of our packages. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Actual shipping time is usally 2-8 business days, depending on your region. And we take great love and care when packaging your crystals before shipment. Afterall, we want your new babies to arrive in perfect condition, just as much as you do.

 

Q. Can I visit your store?

A. No. We are an online retail store only, so we don't have a physical bricks and mortar shopfront. Without the high overheads, we are able to bring you quality crystals at very affordable prices. And with online shopping becoming more the norm, it just makes more sense. We photograph our products well so you know exactly what you are purchasing, and we welcome any questions you may have along the way.

 

Q. How often do you add new products to your site?
